I offer two types of Nutrition Plans - Flexible Dieting and Strict Plan.  Flexible dieting is eating what you want as long as you don't go over your specific macros.  Strict Plan is 5-6 exact meals a day with exact food and times to eat them.  

Workout programs I offer are bodybuilding, weightlifting, powerlifting, or a hybrid mix of any of the above.  All are 5 workouts a week.  Changed monthly.  

I also offer a 3 day accessory program.  These are workouts specific to your weaknesses and can go along with another program you are already currently active in.  

Below you will find 3 and 6 month options to all of the above.  I change every plan (nutrition and workout) every month based on goals and progress.  You are also allowed to change to a different program at the beginning of the next month if you wanted to try something new!
